The Leadership Development Program “REKAZ,” in collaboration with Harvard, successfully concluded its fifth module, focusing on empowering leaders to realize a sustainable mining vision for the Kingdom. Majed AlHumaid, Vice President for Digital Development, and Eng. Noura Al-Rumaihi, Head of Digital Business at the National Finance Company, led a panel discussion on the critical role of digital transformation and artificial intelligence in enhancing team capabilities, highlighting the pivotal importance of data in driving the successful digitization of the sector.

The Najran Chamber hosted a meeting with His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Mr. Bandar Ibrahim Al-khorayef, and regional investors, attended by His Excellency the CEO, Eng. Ibrahim Al-Nassar. The discussion focused on reviewing key opportunities and challenges in mining investment, with the aim of supporting the sector, enhancing its role in creating job opportunities for the region’s youth, and bolstering investments, thereby positioning mining as the third pillar of the national industry.

The fourth module of the “REKAZ” Leadership Development Program, conducted in collaboration with the Saudi Technical Institute for Mining, has successfully concluded. This module focused on “Foundations of Mining” and aimed to empower leaders in achieving a sustainable mining vision. Participants explored a wide range of topics, including global mining, exploration, mining methods, processing, and safety. Additionally, the module reviewed emerging technologies and trends in the sector, emphasizing how they can be leveraged to advance the mining industry.

Aligned with ESNAD’s strategy and commitment to enhancing human capabilities and developing team members, the strategic partnership with Altamayyuz Academy has been officially launched. The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Eng. Abdulaziz Al-Shehri, Vice President of Shared Services at ESNAD, and Ms. Iman Al-Yami, Director General of Altamayyuz Academy. This partnership is a continuation of ESNAD’s initiatives to nurture its talent, fostering a prosperous future that contributes to the development of the mining sector in the Kingdom.
